Returns or Exchanges
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from www.simoneismith.com
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU’VE RECEIVED AN RMA# (return authorization number) FROM US.
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL POSTAGE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
SIMONE I. SMITH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY RETURN REQUESTS & CREDIT IF THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS.
ALL OF OUR PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COVER LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES.
For items purchased directly from www.simoneismith.com, we accept returns and exchanges for unworn and undamaged merchandise shipped back to us within 30-days of order receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your web order ID number and a representative will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment. Please insure the package, require a signature and get a tracking # when shipping any merchandise to be certain we receive it back. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on items that have already been exchanged once.
Custom nameplates are not eligible for returns/exchanges or cancellations. Once the order has been confirmed your necklace is sent into production with the name/word you requested on your nameplate. These are designed specifically for you!
Items purchased from our outlet store, S.I.S Luxe Lacquer or Moody Monday collection may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The entire refund / store credit process takes 15-25 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items, we will contact you by initial email the order was placed with.
Only authorized and approved returns with signed delivery confirmation will be accepted. Simone I. Smith is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact us page. Please have the web order ID number, date of transaction, and information used for that order.
