Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note 2 day orders placed after 12:00 noon(EST) Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Overnight Delivery

Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (EST) Friday, Saturday or on Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Please note signature confirmation is required for all shipments.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is located within the state of New York.

Returns or Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order but if for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept your timely return. We cannot accept returns after 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging all tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
